Here’s a peek at how I structure my day.

Morning Routine

I start my day gently, avoiding loud noise for the first hour. Then I add calming sound therapy usually nature sounds to set the tone.

During Work & Calls

Use hearing aids with streaming when needed

Turn on live captions for clarity

Take frequent breaks (especially after meetings or music)

Afternoon & Evenings

Walks help reset my auditory system

Sound therapy in short bursts to manage spikes

At night, I use soft pillows to ease TTTS and calm my nerves

Remember: You’re in Control

You don’t have to get it perfect. Even small changes like repositioning during sleep, taking mini-breaks, or using gentle sounds can help.
